Shooting day report, proxies and dailies in one pass
The shoot day report builds itself from what was on the cards: camera and sound reports with no filling in by hand. Proxies for editing and dailies for the director and producer are made in the same pass as the copy.

Shoot-day report
In the evening the producer gets the report: a summary, what was done in the day, a section per device with thumbnails and the details of every file. The report can be emailed straight away. Separate reports go to the colorist and the editor.

Right after the copies are checked, the app makes proxies for editing and lightweight viewing copies (dailies). The editor gets proxies next to the originals; the director and producer watch the day's footage on a phone or in a browser.

Proxies are made on their own, in the same pass as the card offload: ProRes 422 Proxy, DNxHR LB, H.264 or HEVC. The editor gets the proxies next to the originals.
Does the app make proxies and dailies?
Yes, in the same pass as the copying: proxies for editing (ProRes 422 Proxy, DNxHR LB, H.264, HEVC) and viewing copies with the camera LUT, timecode, camera name, scene and take burned in, and a watermark. You can put them on a separate drive.
Can I upload dailies to the cloud?
Yes: dailies, sound, proxies and reports are uploaded to Yandex Disk, Google Drive or Dropbox. The dailies link goes into the day report and the mail to the producer.
